TERMS OF SERVICE

There is a Mobile Fee applied to every service call, depending on the work location. That's the distance from the mechanic's current location, not the shop's location:

• Mobile Fee: $30 - $50

 

If you wish to provide your own part, the mechanic can install it, but for your info these following terms apply:

• If part is purchased Used, you are liable for the effectiveness of the work.

• If for any reason the part you supply is not sufficient to complete the job, and the mechanic needs to come back at another time, you'll still owe the Mobile Fee. 

 

DISCLAIMER:

Our job is to replace/repair the part we were instructed to. If it doesn't solve your issue, you still owe the labor charge and part(s) purchased on your behalf. The purchase of the part must be reimbursed at arrival before work is performed. If the diagnostics for the repair was done by us, you will receive full refund of the diagnostics cost only. The Mobile Fee is a non-refundable cost of mobile (come to you) service. We reserve the right to record and retain all communications and interactions between the company and the customer.
